Being a successful entrepreneur is just as much about being able to execute an idea, as it is to come up with a big idea. If you can’t take the idea and turn it into something viable, then the business is doomed to fail. The most important step to take to go from idea to execution, is to recognize the challenges. It can be hard to think about flaws, but in order to be successful you have to recognize them.
